We support all Airmen by assisting them in managing their military careers, and ensuring eligibility of entitlements.

The ID cards require a signed 1172-2. The preferred method is by following the steps on the application form through milconnect.
ONLY IF you are unable to digitally sign that version, you can fill out one of the below 1172-2’s. It must be signed by the sponsor and witnessed by a notary public.
