First Friday on Second Thursday

Ok, follow me here… FIRST FRIDAY should be this week on January 5, but… All FSS facilities are closing early for an official function, so… Let’s move it to the next Friday… Oh wait, that’s a Family Day… I got it! Let’s do First Friday on the SECOND THURSDAY!
